摘要
李顺民教授认为泌尿系结石的症结根本在于脾肾亏虚,常合湿热之邪而为病,治疗以通淋排石为总则,兼用清热利湿、健脾补肾、行气活血之法。处方拟"三金三子排石汤"加减治疗,主要药物组成为海金沙、广金钱草、鸡内金、莱服子、茼麻子、车前子、黄芪、桑寄生、白术、川牛膝、红花、甘草等。
Professor LI Shun-Min believes that the fundamental pathogenesis of urinary calculus is insufficiency of spleen and kidney,usually complicating with damp-heat pathogens. The therapeutic principle for urinary calculus is to relieve stranguria and promote the discharge of stone,assisting by therapies of clearing heat and promoting diuresis, invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney, and activating Qi and blood. The prescription for urinary calculus is modified Sanjin Sanzi Paishi Decoction,which is mainly composed of Spora Lygodii,Herba Desmodii Styracifolii, Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli,Semen Raphani,Semen Abutili,Semen Plataginis,Radix Astragali,Herba Taxilli, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Flos Carthami,Radix Glycyrrhizae,etc.
