摘要
研究旨在从人母乳中筛选乳酸菌,并对其降血压能力进行初步测定。采用透明圈法从新鲜人母乳中分离出22株乳酸菌,经16SrDNA鉴定,分别为植物乳杆菌17株、格氏乳杆菌3株、罗伊氏乳杆菌2株;在pH3.0和含0.3%胆盐条件下分别培养1h和3h。结果显示,菌株的活菌数均在108cfu/mL以上;降血压试验的研究显示,22株乳酸菌均具有一定的降血压能力,其ACE抑制率最高可达95.53%。从人母乳中获得的22株乳酸菌表现出了超强的益生潜力及降血压能力,为母乳中益生菌的开发提供了良好的依据。
The aim of this study was to isolate Lactobacillus from human breast milk and study its ability of lowering blood pressure.22 strains of Lactobacillus were isolated from fresh human breast milk by transparent circle method,and identified by 16S rDNA as 17 strains of Lactobacillus plantarum,3 strains of Lactobacillus gasseri and 2 strains of Lactobacillus reuteri.When cultured for 1 h and 3 h with pH 3.0 and 0.3% bile salts,the results showed that the viable count of the 22 strains was still above 108 cfu/mL.The results of the blood pressure lowering test showed that 22 strains of lactic acid bacteria had certain ability to lower blood pressure,and the ACE inhibition rate was up to 95.53%.All 22 strains of lactic acid bacteria obtained from human breast milk showed strong probiotics potential and blood pressure lowering ability, which provided a good basis for the development of probiotics in human breast milk.
