摘要
研发了14.5 tex牛角瓜纤维/咖啡碳纤维35/65混纺浅灰针织纱。根据牛角瓜纤维及咖啡碳纤维的特性,制定了研发思路和设计方案、纺纱工艺原则、纺纱技术要点及工艺参数,最终成功研制了混纺纱线。成纱检测指标显示:百米纱线质量CV1.6%,质量偏差+0.45%,断裂强度15.1 cN/tex,单强CV9.97%,条干CV16.2%,-50%细节20个/km,+50%粗节35个/km,+200%棉结68个/km。成纱质量指标数据表明,百米成纱质量较好,所研发的纱线质量符合要求,达到了开发目的。
The 14. 5 tex Calotropis Gigantea fiber/coffee carbon 35/65 multifunctional blended grey knitting yarn is developed.According to the characteristics of Calotropis Gigantea fiber/coffee carbon fiber, development idea and design schemes, spinning processimplementation principle, spinning technical points and process parameters are formulated. The blended yarn is developed successfully. Theyarn quality index data shows that the quality of the 100-meter yarn is good, and the quality of the yarn developed can meet the requirementsand achieve the development purpose with 100-meter weight CV 1.6%, weight deviation +0.45%, breaking strength 15.1 cN/tex, singlestrength CV 9.97%, evenness CV 16.2%, minus 50% details 20/km, +50% slubs 35/km, and +200% neps 68/km.
