摘要
钆对比剂是临床应用最多的磁共振成像(MRI)对比剂,2014年发现多次注射钆对比剂后脑内特定区域会出现异常高信号,这种信号被认为是钆对比剂的沉积,本文针对钆对比剂脑内沉积现象的研究进展进行综述,旨在提高认识、加强钆对比剂的安全使用意识。
Gadolinium contrast agent is the most widely used magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)contrast agent.In 2014,abnormal hyperintense was found in the specific regions of brain after multiple injections of gadolinium contrast agent,which is considered to be the deposition of gadolinium contrast agent.In this paper,the research progress of brain deposition of gadolinium contrast agent is summarized in order to improve the understanding and enhance the consciousness of safe use of gadolinium contrast agent.
