摘要
旋转式支架组件的转动故障严重影响飞机整体的装配及交付进度,其装配技术的高低对飞机的操作精度及控制系统有重大的影响.因此,本文主要对飞机旋转式支架组件装配技术进行研究,分析影响转动故障的关键因素,并制定相应的解决方案,确定出合理的拧紧力矩及转动力矩,有效的降低旋转式支架组件的转动故障率,提高了整体的装配及交付进度.
The technique of aircraft bracket assembly was researched. The key factors of the rotation fault were analyzed. the solution to the problem was set out. the reasonable tightening torque and rotational torque were confirmed, The rotation fault was reduced.
