噻虫嗪对中华蟾蜍蝌蚪抗氧化系统及丙二醛含量的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Thiamethoxam on Antioxidant System Activity and Malondialdehyd Content in Bufo gargarizans Tadpoles

摘要 以中华蟾蜍(Bufo gargarizans)蝌蚪为实验对象,采用半静态染毒法研究了新烟碱类杀虫剂--噻虫嗪(Thiamethoxam)的急性毒性和生理毒性.结果表明,噻虫嗪对中华蟾蜍蝌蚪的48 h和96 h半致死质量浓度(ρLC50)分别为456.05 mg·L^-1和374.16 mg·L^-1,其毒性为低毒级别.在噻虫嗪作用下,中华蟾蜍蝌蚪总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性逐渐被激活,48 h达到最高值;随着暴露时间延长至96 h,其活性受到显著抑制而下降;蝌蚪的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)经噻虫嗪暴露受到抑制而逐渐降低;丙二醛(MDA)含量明显呈现出由低到高的变化过程.研究表明噻虫嗪会改变中华蟾蜍蝌蚪抗氧化防御系统,造成毒害作用. The acute toxicity and physiological toxic effects of neonicotinoid insecticides-thiamethoxam on Bufo gargarizans tadpoles were evaluated by using semi-static toxicity method.The results showed that the 48 h and 96 h ρLC50 values of thiamethoxam for the tadpoles were 456.05 mg·L^-1 and 374.16 mg·L^-1 respectively,indicated a low toxic level.The activities of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD) and catalase(CAT) of tadpoles were gradually activated under the action of thiamethoxam,reaching the highest levels at 48 hours;and their activities were significantly inhibited and decreased with the extension of the exposure time to 96 hours.The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) of tadpoles was inhibited by thiamethoxam and decreased gradually,and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) was significantly present,from low to high.The result suggested thiamethoxam can change the activities of antioxidant system of Bufo gargarizans tadpoles and cause toxic effects.
