摘要
目的探讨自拟愈骨灵汤治疗骨折延期愈合的疗效.方法选择2016年1月至2018年1月骨折延期愈合患者100例,随机分为2组,对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施自拟愈骨灵汤治疗,比较两组疗效.结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(94.00%)高于对照组总有效率(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血钙、血磷、血清ALP水平均较治疗前升高,观察组治疗后血钙、血磷、血清ALP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后骨痂X线摄片评分均较治疗前升高,其中观察组治疗后骨痂X线摄片评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论骨折后延期愈合患者接受自拟愈骨灵汤治疗,可提高骨愈合治疗效果,改善其预后.
Objective To investigate the effect of self-modified Yuguling Decoction on patients with delayed healing after fracture. Methods Patients with delayed healing after fracture were studied. From January 2016 to January 2018,the number of selected cases was 100. The group was grouped by remote randomization,and the control group were performed routine treatment,the experimental group performed self-modified Yuguling Decoction and the results of delayed healing in two groups of fractures were analyzed. Results The total effective rate(94.00 %) of patients with delayed healing after fracture in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(80.00 %),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The serum calcium,serum phosphorus,and serum ALP after treatment in the 2 groups were on average higher than those before treatment. The blood calcium,blood phosphorus,and serum ALP levels after treatment in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05). The X-ray scores of the callus were higher in the 2 groups than before the treatment. The X-ray scores of the callus were higher in the experimental group than in the control group. The difference was significant(P<0.05). The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with delayed healing after fracture can be treated with self-modified Yuguling Decoction,which can improve the effect and prognosis of treatment.
