摘要
辽宁省是我国重要的传统工业基地,提升工业用地利用效率对于振兴地方经济具有重要意义。本文采用土地、固定资产、从业人员等3类投入指标和产值、利润、污染物等产出指标,使用Super-SBM模型对辽宁省14个地级市的工业用地效率进行测算。结果表明,辽宁省各地级市的工业用地效率大部分为完全协调,效率值差异较大,效率的变异系数大,两极分化现象明显;并在空间分布上表现出由西向东递减,由外围向内递减的态势。
Liaoning Province is an important traditional industrial base in China. Enhancing the utilization efficiency of industrial land is of great significance for revitalizing the local economy. This paper adopts three types of input indicators such as land, fixed assets and employees, output indicators such as output value, profit and pollutants, and uses Super-SBM model to measure the industrial land efficiency of 14 prefecture-level cities in Liaoning Province. The results show that the industrial land efficiency of all levels of Liaoning Province is mostly coordinated, the efficiency value is different, the coefficient of variation of efficiency is large, and the polarization is obvious;and the spatial distribution shows a decrease from west to east, from the periphery inward.
