摘要
高原低氧环境对机体认知和学习记忆功能产生明显的影响。本研究从基因组水平、蛋白质组水平等对高原低氧环境影响学习记忆机制的研究进展进行了归纳,并总结了近年来改善高原学习记忆损伤药物的最新研究进展,为预防和治疗高原低氧记忆损伤提供理论依据。
High altitude hypoxic environment has a significant impact on the cognitive and learning and memory functions of the body.In this paper,we summarized the research progress on the mechanism of learning and memory impairment in high altitude hypoxic environment at genome level and proteome level,and summarized the latest research progress of drugs to improve learning and memory impairment at high altitude in recent years,which provided theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of hypoxic memory impairment at high altitude.
