CDIO教学理念下高校公共体育课“四位三级”教学模式研究——以足球课为例 被引量:10

摘要 目的:以足球课为例通过实验法构建和探究CDIO教学理念下高校公共体育课“四位三级”教学模式。方法:以本校2017级足球选项课为研究对象,采用了教育实验法、问卷调查法等研究方法。结果:1)构建了CDIO教学理念下的足球选项课“四位三级”教学模式,教学模式的一级指标包括构思、设计、实现和运作,一级指标包括11项二级指标,二级指标包括16项三级指标。2)实验班学生的足球理论成绩、头顶球成绩、定点射门成绩、运球过杆成绩和颠球成绩都明显高于对照班,差异显著,P<0.05;3)实验班学生的专项素质立定跳远、30m、12min跑、三角形折返跑和坐位体前屈成绩也明显高于对照班,差异显著,P<0.05;4)实验班学生的学习动机得分明显高于对照班,差异显著,P<0.05;实验班学生的自信心得分明显高于对照班,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:CDIO教学理念下的足球选项课“四位三级”教学模式在高校足球选项课中是新型的,有效的,很实用的一项教学模式。 Objective: This study was to construct and explore the "four-level three-level" teaching mode of public physical education in colleges under the concept of CDIO.Methods: The research objects were2017 class football option class students.The author adopted the methods of education experiment,questionnaire and so on.Results:(1) The "four-level three-level" teaching mode of football option course under the concept of CDO teaching was constructed.The first-level index of the teaching model includes the concept,design,implementation and operation.The first-level indicator includes11 secondary indicators.The second-level indicator consists of16 three-level indicators.(2) The results of the football theory,the top ball,the fixed-point shooting,the passing of the ball and the ball-and-ball achievements in the experimental class were obviously higher than that of the control class,the difference was significant (P <0.05);The scores of standing long jump,30 meters,12min,triangle turning back and sitting forward flexion of the students in the experimental class were also significantly higher than those in the control class,the difference was significant (P < 0.05);The scores of learning motivation in the experimental class were significantly higher than those in the control class (P < 0.05).The scores of self-confidence in the experimental class were significantly higher than those in the control class (P < 0.05).Conclusion: the teaching mode of "four places and three levels" in the optional course of football under the teaching concept of CDIO is a new,effective and practical teaching mode in the optional course of football in colleges.
