基于创新能力培养的动物细胞工程教学模式改革与实践

摘要 动物细胞工程是生命科学中一门兼具理论和实践内容的综合性学科,在学生创新能力的培养中可以发挥十分重要的作用。针对创新型人才培养模式新要求和动物细胞工程课程教学存在的问题,以激发学生对动物细胞工程课程的学习兴趣、培养大学生创新能力和提升科学素养为目标,探索了动物细胞工程教学内容、教学方法和考核办法的教学改革,以期为培养和提高学生的创新能力及其他课程教学改革提供参考。 Animal cell engineering is a strong practicality and application course with fundamental discipline,it can play an important role in the cultivation of students’ innovative ability.In view of the new requirements of innovative talent training mode and the problems in the teaching of animal cell engineering courses,with the aim of stimulating students′ interest in animal cell engineering courses,cultivating college students′ innovative ability and improving scientific literacy,this paper explored the teaching reform of animal cell engineering teaching content,teaching methods and assessment methods,in order to cultivate and improve students′ innovative ability,and provide reference for other curriculum reform.
