摘要
结合厦门地铁1号线镇海路站~中山公园站矿山法区间自中山公园站负三层端头掘进的工程实例,因车站主体结构施工受外部征拆问题影响,对高大模板施工方案及时作出优化调整。即在车站进行负二层主体结构施工前,将负三层区间隧道作业面的满堂支架支撑体系转换为大钢管立柱结合型钢支撑体系。该体系在车站后续正常施工的同时,为区间隧道创造提前掘进的作业面条件。通过运用ANSYS软件对结构混凝土板进行有限元分析,采用PKPM及结构力学计算软件对支撑体系进行受力验算,并经专家论证后实施,其运用成果证明此模板支撑体系转换安全有效,达到缩短总体施工工期目的。
Combining the engineering example of the mineshore method section from Zhenhai Road Station to Zhongshan Park Station of Xiamen Metro Line 1 from the negative three floors of Zhongshan Park Station, the construction of the main structure of the station is affected by the external requisition and demolition, and the construction plan of the tall template is promptly optimized.Before the construction of the main structure of the negative second floor, the full support system of the operation surface of the negative three-layer tunnel was converted into a large steel pipe vertical column combined steel support system.At the same time as the normal construction of the station, the operating surface conditions for the early excavation of the interval tunnel are created.By using ANSYS software for finite element analysis of structural concrete plate, using PK PM and structural mechanics software to check the force of the support system and after the expert demonstrated the implementation.According to the application results, it is proved that this template support system is safe and effective to shorten the overall construction period.
