转炉湿法除尘煤气回收量和热值的优化提升 被引量:3

摘要 随着河钢宣钢2座120t转炉、1座1800m^3高炉及2座焦炉去产能阶段性停产,煤气资源日益紧张,严重影响高炉热风炉及轧钢加热炉等煤气用户生产。为确保生产用气平衡和稳定,提供高热值转炉煤气,河钢宣钢针对转炉煤气回收方面存在的问题,实施了一系列煤气攻关改造与优化措施,提高了转炉煤气的回收量和热值,利于环保治理和节能降耗。 With the excessive production capacity reduction and phased shutting down of two 120 t converters,one 1 800 m^3 blast furnace and two coke ovens in HBIS Xuansteel,the shortage situation of gas resources is increasingly strained,which seriously affects blast furnace hot ovens and rolling steel heating furnaces.In order to ensure the balance and stability of gas production,and provide high calorific value converter gas,Xuansteel has implemented a series of gas reformation and optimization measures for the recovery of converter gas,which has improved the recovery and calorific value of converter gas and benefited environmental protection and energy saving.
