摘要
生态旅游不仅是旅游业顺应新时代生态文明建设的发展需要,也是旅游业推进绿色发展,建设美丽中国的有效途径。随着社会主要矛盾的转变和人们需求的不断转型升级,当前人们更倾向于对绿水青山为主题的生态旅游活动。伊宁市作为新疆旅游资源最富集的旅游集散中心,正积极践行和发展生态旅游。本文通过调查伊宁市生态旅游发展现状,发现在发展生态旅游的体制机制、旅游经营者认知程度以及当前旅游者综合素质等方面存在问题,并针对这些问题提出伊宁市在未来生态旅游发展过程中要将生态理念融入旅游总体规划、进一步建立生态旅游协调管理机制、增强大众环保意识树立法治观念、加快旅游业的转型升级和建立一支生态旅游指导专家队伍等措施,以期实现伊宁市生态旅游的可持续发展。
Ecotourism is an effective way not only for tourism to meet the development needs of ecological civilization construction in the new era,but also to promote green development and build a beautiful China.Yining City,as the center of the most abundant tourism resources in Xinjiang,is actively practicing and developing ecotourism.Based on the investi.gation of the present situation of ecotourism development in Yining City,the paper finds out that there are some problems in the system and mechanism of ecotourism development,the cognitive degree of tourism operators and the comprehensive quality of tourists.In view of these problems,the paper proposes some measures.
