摘要
目的观察丹参饮合真武汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月新疆医科大学第四附属医院收治的110例慢性心力衰竭病人,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组55例。两组均采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合使用丹参饮合真武汤加减,疗程4周。观察治疗前后Lee氏心力衰竭计分、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量量表积分、6min步行距离、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆脑钠肽(BNP)变化。结果治疗组总有效率为92.73%,明显高于对照组的78.18%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量量表积分和BNP较治疗前降低(P<0.05),6min步行距离和LVEF明显增加(P<0.05),且治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参饮合真武汤加减治疗CHF,可以改善病人心功能、增加病人活动耐量、提高病人生活质量。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Danshen decoction and Zhenwu decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods One hundred and ten patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 55 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Danshen decoction and Zhenwu decoction based on the conventional treatment for 4 weeks.Lee heart failure score,Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale score,6 min walking distance,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)were observed before and after treatment.Results The total efficiency of treatment group(92.73%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.18%,P<0.05).The Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale score and BNP level were decreased,and 6 minutes walking distance and LVEF level were increased in the treatment group,and the improvement of the treatment group was better than those of the control group.Conclusion Danshen decoction and Zhenwu decoction has a positive clinical effect on the patients with chronic heart failure,and can improve the cardiac function,exercise tolerance and the quality.
