摘要
目的建立矮膜苞芹药材的鉴定及含量测定方法,为塔什库尔干矮膜苞芹药材质量标准建立与资源开发利用提供依据。方法对10批矮膜苞芹的药材性状、显微特征进行观察描述;参照2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》方法对矮膜苞芹的水分、灰分、浸出物、挥发油进行测定;以木犀草素为对照品,建立矮膜苞芹的薄层鉴别方法及反相高效液相色谱含量测定方法。结果对矮膜苞芹的药材性状和显微特征进行了描述;薄层色谱斑点清晰、无拖尾,特征性强;检查项中初步拟定水分不得过8%,总灰分不得过15%,酸不溶性灰分不得过4%,水溶性浸出物不得少于24%,醇溶性浸出物不得少于13%,挥发油不得少于1.5%;建立了矮膜苞芹中木犀草素的含量测定方法,并根据测定结果暂定本品含木犀草素不得少于0.3mg/g。结论本研究建立的方法操作简便,准确性、重复性好,稳定可靠,可用于控制矮膜苞芹药材的质量。
Objective To establish the identification and content determination method for Hymenoleana nana medicinal herbs;To provide a scientific basis for the establishment of quality standards and resource development and utilization of the medicinal herbs in Tashkurgan.Methods The medicinal properties and microscopic characteristics of 10 batches of Hymenoleana nana were observed and described.The water,ash,leachate and volatile oil of Hymenoleana nana were determined according to Pharmacopoeia of China,2015 edition.The TLC method and RP-HPLC of Hymenoleana nana were established with luteolin as reference substance.Results The medicinal properties and microscopic characteristics of Hymenoleana nana were described.The TLC were clear and without tailing,and the characteristics were strong.The limit for moisture,total ash and acid-insoluble ash was no more than 8%,15%,4%,water-soluble leaching materials,soluble extract,and volatile oil was no less than 24%,13%,and 1.5%,respectively.The determination method of the content of luteolin in the Hymenoleana nana was established,and the results of the determination were tentatively determined that the product contains luteolin no less than 0.3 mg/g.Conclusion The established method is simple,accurate,reproducible,stable and reliable,which can be used to control the quality of Hymenoleana nana.
