抗麦草畏转基因大豆研发与利用

摘要 耐除草剂是转基因作物中应用最广的性状之一,目前美国新一代抗麦草畏转基因大豆已批准商业化应用,但国内相关研发工作较少。通过介绍麦草畏产品特点及除草作用机理,重点总结孟山都公司利用细菌单加氧酶基因DMO创制抗麦草畏转基因大豆及其市场利用现状,以期为我国耐除草剂转基因大豆开发与生产利用提供参考。 Herbicide-resistance is one of the most used traits in transgenic crops. New GM soybean with dicamba-resistance has been approved recently for commercial application in the United States, but there is relatively little research and development work in China. In the present article, the characteristics of dicamba products and its mechanism on weed control was introduced, and the progress of development and utilization of Monsanto's dicamba-resistant transgenic soybean possessing the bacterial monooxygenase gene DMO was summarized in detail. It could provide useful information for the development and production of herbicide-resistant transgenic soybean in China.
