货载飞艇装卸过程压力控制技术不同模型分析

摘要 重浮力平衡技术是飞艇设计的关键技术,尤其对于大型货载飞艇的货物装卸过程。以俄罗斯ATLANT飞艇采用的“压缩空气镇重技术”(ABS)和美国Dragon Dream飞艇采用的“静态重量控制技术”(COSH)为研究对象,建立了绝热模型,采用C++软件对模型进行计算,分析比较了不同压力、不同气罐容积等对压缩机功率、压缩机耗费的总功的影响。研究了“整体增压”技术的空气囊体积大小对内部压力、压缩机功率、压缩机总功的影响,并与ABS系统和COSH系统进行了比较。 Heavy buoyancy balance technology is the key technology of airship design,especially for cargo handling process of large cargo airchip.In this paper,the“static weight control technology”(COSH) of “compressed air town weight technology”(ABS) of the Russian ATLANT airship and the US Dragon Dream airship were studied.The adiabatic model was established,using C ++ software to calculate the model,the effects of different pressures and different gases Tank capacity on the compressor power and the total cost of the compressor were analysised.The influence of the size of the air bag on the internal pressure,the compressor power and the total weight of the compressor is studied and this paper compared“overall pressurization technology”with the ABS system and the COSH system.
