摘要 介绍了洁净钢HHA43C的生产流程。针对2017年出现的夹杂物不合格问题进行了一系列优化。出钢过程采用了铝、硅、钙、钡复合脱氧剂;同时采用高铝系精炼渣、VD真空处理后软吹氩时间控制在20min,并做好连铸保护浇注,2018年生产的HHA43C钢水纯净度明显提高,氧含量较2017年降低了7ppm,夹杂物尺寸也得有效控制。 The production process of clean steel HHA43C is introduced.A series of optimizations were made for the unqualified inclusions in 2017.Aluminum,silicon,calcium and barium composite deoxidizers were used in tapping process,high aluminum refining slag is used in refining,the soft argon blowing time after VD vacuum treatment was controlled for 20 minutes,and continuous casting protection pouring was done well.The purity of HHA43C molten steel produced in 2018 was obviously improved,oxygen content was reduced by 7 ppm compared with 2017,and the size of inclusions was effectively controlled.
