摘要
采用微波消解技术处理大米样品,用5 mL浓硝酸和1 mL双氧水混合液作为消解剂进行消解,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定9种大米中Cu、Pb、Zn、Ca、K、Mg、Na、Ni、Co、Cd、Fe、Cr元素含量,并进一步对9种大米中的14金属含量进行对比。结果:Cr在2、4、5、7、8、9号大米中没有测出来,1、3、6号大米中分别含有0. 005μg/mL、0. 006μg/mL、0. 002μg/mL,Zn、Na、Mg、Cu的含量每种米相差不大。
Rice samples were treated by microwave digestion technology. The mixed solution of 5 mL concentrated nitric acid and 1 mL hydrogen peroxide was used as digestion agent. The contents of Cu, Pb, Zn, Ca, K, Mg, Na, Ni, Co, Cd, Fe and Cr in 9 kinds of rice were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, and the contents of 14 metals in 9 kinds of rice were further compared. Cr was not measured in No. 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9 rice, and Cr contents of 1, 3 and 6 rice were 0.005 mg/mL, 0.006 mg/mL and 0.002 mg/mL, respectively. Zn, Na, Mg and Cu were not different in each rice.
