摘要
本文研制了一种用于血液透析联合血液灌流治疗的医用血液灌流器夹。该血液灌流器夹由医用不锈钢制成,包括手柄、连接轴、夹头、弹簧、连杆、固定卡和加固螺丝七部分组成,为血液灌流器提供固定和支撑。该设计于2018年10月至2018年12月对我院透析室血液灌流治疗的患者进行应用研究,患者随机分为观察组(140例次)和对照组(136例次),观察组治疗时使用血液灌流器夹,对照组治疗时采用传统的医用胶带方式固定血液灌流器,统计观察组和对照组的血液灌流器安装和卸载的时间、脱落或有明显位移的次数以及护士对其便捷性的评价。结果表明,观察组的安装和卸载时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),两组的治疗安全性无明显差异(P>0.05),护士对观察组血液灌流器固定方式的便捷性评价明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。该医用血液灌流器夹可减少操作时间,提高护士操作的便捷性,具有良好的临床应用价值。
In this study, we developed a kind of medical hemoditoxifier clamp used for hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion therapy. The hemoditoxifier clamp was made of medical stainless steel and consisted of seven parts: handle, connecting shaft, chuck, spring, connecting rod, fixing card and reinforcing screw. The hemoditoxifier clamp provided fixation and support for the hemoditoxifier. Patients who received hemoperfusion treatment in the dialysis room of our hospital from October 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group(140 cases) and the control group(136 cases). Patients in the observation group used hemoditoxifier clamp to fix the hemoditoxifier, and patients in the control group used traditional medical tape to fix the hemoditoxifier. The time of installation and unloading of the hemoditoxifier, the frequency of shedding or obvious displacement of the hemoditoxifier, and the nurses’ evaluation of its convenience between two groups were statistically analyzed and compared. The results showed that the installation and unloading time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the therapeutic safety between two groups(P>0.05). The nurses’ evaluation of the convenience of the fixed mode of hemoditoxifier in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The medical hemoditoxifier clamp can reduce the operating time and improve the convenience of nurses’ operation, which has good clinical application value.
