摘要
磷酸钙由于其骨传导性和骨诱导的特征被广泛用于骨再生。近年来,随着生物学的高速发展,磷酸钙材料的应用取得了巨大的进步,广泛用于各种生物材料,并且也取得了不错的疗效,我们主要从磷酸钙材料的生物活性、磷酸钙的类型和磷酸钙的应用进行综述。通过总结磷酸钙的性质及其在临床中的应用,希望磷酸钙能为骨缺损和疾病的治疗提供帮助。
Calcium phosphate is widely used for bone regeneration due to its osteoconductive and osteoinductive characteristics. In recent years, with the rapid development of biology, the calcium phosphate materials has made great progress, widely used in various biological materials, and also achieved good results. We mainly reviewed the biological activities, types and applications of calcium phosphate materials in this paper. By summarizing the nature of calcium phosphate and its clinical application, it is hoped that calcium phosphate will help in the treatment of bone defects and diseases.
