山东半岛盐碱地罗布麻叶中10种元素的测定 被引量:2

Determination of 10 Elements in Apocynum venetum Leaves from Saline-alkali Land of Shandong Peninsula

摘要 采用湿法消解处理罗布麻样品,通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法首次测定了山东半岛盐碱地罗布麻叶中的Ca、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Na、As、Cd、Pd等10种元素的含量.结果表明: ICP-AES激发功率为1 352 W,雾化器压力172.4 kPa,溶液冲洗流量1.85 mL·min^-1 ,辅助气流量1.0 L·min^-1 ,加标回收率在96.9%~109.2%之间, RSD在0.59%~4.59%之间,操作方便,结果准确可靠;不同产地的罗布麻叶中所含的无机元素含量具有显著差异,根据《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》规定,所有样品的重金属含量均未超标,山东半岛盐碱地生长的罗布麻有作为中药材来开发的潜力. The Apocynum venetum leaves are dissolved by wet digestion, and the content of Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, As, Cd, and Pd in Apocynum venetum leaves from saline-alkali land in Shandong peninsula is determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) technique for the first time. The ICP-AES method is performed under the conditions of RF power 1 352 W, nebulizer flow pressure 172.4 kPa, solution analysis flow 1.85 mL·min^-1 , and auxiliary gas flow 1.0 L·min ^-1 . The results show that the recovery of standard addition is in the range of 80.5%-104.0% and the relative standard deviation is 0.59%-4.59%. This method is convenient, accuracy and practical. The contents of inorganic elements in Apocynum venetum leaves from different habitats are significantly different. And according to “the Green Industry Stadand for Import and Export of Medicinal Plant and Preparations”, the contents of heavy metal in all samples do not exceed the standard.Therefore, Apocynum venetum leaves from saline-alkali land in Shandong peninsula saline-alkali are possible to be developed as Chinese herbal medicine.
