长三角沪宁间铁路通道功能分析及对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于沪宁铁路能力已饱和,而宁启铁路富余能力较多的现状,结合苏南沿江、北沿江高铁及沪通铁路引入后的线路布局,通过重新梳理和整合2条铁路的功能和作用,提出将沪宁铁路部分普速客运和直通货运业务转移至宁启/沪通铁路,释放更多的运能来满足南部地区城际、市域客运及高附加值货运需求,以使沪宁间南北路网功能既能更好地适应沿江社会经济差异化特征,又能进一步提升既有资源利用率和路网整体效益,并为既有线功能转型提供参考和借鉴。 Based on the fact that the capacity of Shanghai-Nanjing Railway is becoming saturated while the capacity of the Qidong-Nanjing Railway being surplus, the functions of the two railways have been reorganized and integrated, combined with the route layout of the South and North Jiangsu along the Yangtze River after the introduction of high speed railway and Shanghai-Nantong Railway. It is proposed to transfer part of the passenger transport with common-speed trains and through freight transport on Shanghai-Nanjing to Nanjing-Qidong Railway and Shanghai-Nantong Railway. Consequently, more transport capacity is released to meet the needs of intercity and suburban passenger transport as well as high value-added freight transport in the south region. Accordingly, the functions of the north-south railway network between Shanghai and Nanjing can not only better adapt to the characteristics of socio-economic differentiation along the Yangtze River, but also further enhance the utilization rate of existing resources and the overall benefits of railway network, and provide reference and enlightenment for the functional transformation of existing lines.
