摘要
目的观察分析内分泌科护理临床带教中分层析教学模式的应用疗效。方法选取2018年1-10月研究时间段内于该院内分泌科实习的32名实习护生开展临床带教研究,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,各组16名。对照组接受常规带教,研究组接受分层次教学模式带教。对比两组带教节结束后出科考核成绩及教学满意度情况。结果经带教后,研究组出科考核成绩及教学满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分层次教学模式的开展可有效提升内分泌科护理临床带教教学质量,且护生满意度较高,可在临床带教中借鉴推广。
Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of the chromatographic teaching mode in the clinical teaching of endocrinology. Methods Thirty-two intern trainees from the endocrinology department of this hospital during the study period from January to October 2018 were selected to conduct clinical teaching studies. They were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 16 cases in each group. The control group received regular teaching, and the research group received teaching in a hierarchical teaching mode. Compare the results of the examinations and teaching satisfaction after the end of the two sessions. Results After the teaching, the examination scores and teaching satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The development of the hierarchical teaching mode can effectively improve the clinical teaching quality of endocrinology nursing, and the satisfaction of nursing students is high, which can be used for reference in clinical teaching.
