综合性护理干预在糖尿病足护理中的应用效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过对糖尿病足患者实施不同的护理方案,探究不同护理方案的临床应用特点。方法从来该院诊治的2016年3月—2018年12月的糖尿病足患者中随机抽取78例,采用随机数字法随机分为对照组39例:实施常规护理,观察组39例:实施常规护理+综合护理。结果观察组总有效率为94.87%高于对照组(82.05%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.573,P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理可有效提高糖尿病足治疗效果,提高患者生活质量,是一项值得临床广泛应用的护理方案。 Objective To explore the clinical application characteristics of different nursing programs by implementing different nursing programs for patients with diabetic foot. Methods A total of 78 patients with diabetic foot from March 2016 to December 2018 in this hospital were randomly selected and divided into the control group by 39 patients: routine nursing, 39 patients in the observation group: routine nursing + comprehensive care. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87% higher than that of the control group (82.05%),the different was statistically significant(χ^2=11.573, P<0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of diabetic foot and improve the quality of life of patients. It is a nursing program that is worthy of clinical application.
