摘要
金属多体表面之间的弹塑性接触冲击现象是一个重要的力学问题,对机械系统的设计与分析至关重要。据此,以杆件平面系统为典型对象,主要从接触冲击类型、弹塑性接触冲击数学模型、试验方法及研究难点与挑战四个方面,较为详细地归纳总结了国内外学者对弹塑性接触冲击特性分析的研究进展及取得的阶段性成果;指出数学模型的建立与求解仍然是未来关于多体表面之间接触冲击过程产生复杂局部力学行为研究的重点,且巧妙的试验测试方法及先进的图像分析与处理技术仍是重要的突破方向。
Elasto-plastic contact-impact between metallic multi-body surfaces is one of the important mechanics problems, which is crucial for the design and analysis of mechanical systems. At present, taking the rod-flat system as a typical object, the research development and the findings of elasto-plastic contact-impact behavior by domestic and foreign scholars were reviewed in detail, in terms of contact-impact type, mathematical model, test method, and research difficulties and challenges. The focus of future study that modelling and solving the mathematical model on complex local mechanical behavior in contact-impact was pointed out. In genious test designs and advanced image analysis and processing techniques are still important breakthroughs.
