摘要
“十三五”规划提出要积极应对人口老龄化,加大对社区居家养老的支持力度。合理配置适老化设施能够提高老年人居家养老的生活质量,增强其幸福感。通问卷访谈和实地调研,梳理分析唐山市老旧居小区适老化设施现状及老年人的幸福感情况。并以调研人群为样本,运用Excel和SPSS软件对问卷中呈现不同程度幸福感的老年人使用的适老化设施类型进行对比分析和相关性分析,发现老年人的幸福感和适老化设施有相关性。提出适老化设施配置模式及适老化设施要素评价指标,为今后老旧小区的适老化设施优化与提升提供参考。
The 13th Five-Year Plan proposes to actively deal with the aging population and strongly support home-based care for the aged and its community service. Reasonable allocation of facilities tailored towards elders can improve the quality of the elders′ life and enhance their happiness. The current situation of old residential area′s facilities tailored towards the elders in Tangshan and the happiness of the elders are analyzed. Taking the participants as samples, Excel and SPSS are used to conduct a correlative and comparative analysis on the types of facilities for the elders who showed different degrees of happiness in the questionnaire. The results show there must be a relationship between the elders′ happiness and their facilities. The configuration mode and evaluation index of the facilities are put forward, thus boosting the optimization and promotion of the facilities in the future.
