摘要
地铁项目具有施工难度高、建设周期长、工程风险大等特点,传统项目计划方法与关键链技术很难保障其按计划实施。允许资源冲突发生在任意任务间,利用"鼓"资源可抢占的性质使任务被拆分执行,进而提出多项目关键链模型,对具有开始-开始搭接关系(S-S)的任务研究后发现,重叠任务间存在的耦合性使前置任务具有可吸收定量滞后工期的资源自由时差;结合冲突任务类型分析及利用项目延期惩罚函数确定排序策略,提出关键链多项目调度启发式算法。通过实例验证研究所提模型与算法的有效性。
Subway project has the characteristics of high construction difficulty, long construction cycle and large project risk, the traditional method of project planning and critical chain technology is difficult to ensure their implementation as planned. In this paper, resource conflicts are allowed to occur between arbitrary tasks, and tasks are split and executed by using the preemptive nature of "drum" resources, then a multi-project key chain model is proposed. After studying the task with start-start overlap, it is found that the coupling between overlapping activities makes the predecessor task own the free time difference of resources which can absorb the construction period of quantitative lag. Based on the analysis of conflict task types and the determination of sorting strategy by using project delay penalty function, a heuristic algorithm for key chain multi-project scheduling is proposed. The effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is verified by an empirical example.
