摘要
纸张酸化是导致纸质档案寿命降低的最重要原因。近些年来,国内外对去酸方法、技术、设备等关注度很高,而在酸化的机理方面研究不足,后者是解决纸张去酸技术的核心。针对档案纸张酸化普遍的问题,本文通过抽样调查,检测不同年代、不同种类档案用纸的pH,从数据分析得出档案纸张酸化的一般规律。在自然老化状态下,检测酸化纸张内部纤维结构所发生的变化;通过人工模拟老化实验,测试纸张酸化过程以及在酸化过程中纸张性能产生的改变。本文从档案纸张酸化表征、内部结构及性能的变化揭示纸张老化的机理。
Acid is the main cause of degradation of archives paper,thus the important issues of acidification and corresponding de-acidification have been troubling long-term preservation of paper.To solve this problem,researches on the mechanisms of relationship between acidification and aging are the key point.This research investigates with archives paper as the sample,and they cover the major types of hand-made paper and machine-made paper from 1874 to 1977.After measuring acidic values of each surface,it finds the acidification rules of archives paper.Through artificial aging experiment,it observes the chemical transformation of functional groups in the acidified cellulose so as to reveal the essence of ageing mechanism.it can achieve the common understanding that acid is the main cause of paper ageing.
