摘要
目的:分析医院近几年膏方的使用情况,研究膏方发展的规律和特点。方法:回顾性研究湖南中医药大学第一附属医院2013-2018年膏方处方资料,并对资料进行统计、分析。结果:共提取了6年的膏方处方信息,调研了52,641张处方。结果发现2013-2017年期间,膏方的使用量在逐年上升,2014-2017年4年度分别增长了20%、23%、48%、44%。2013-2018年6个年度里,膏方使用性别比例(女∶男)分别为1.4∶1、1.3∶1、1.5∶1、2.2∶1、4.7∶1、4.7∶1。膏方使用年龄段群体比较:青年>中年>童年、老年、少年,其中青年和中年群体在2013-2018年6个年度里分别占到81%、82%、81%、84%、92%、92%。通过对比不同季节膏方处方量的变化,我们发现膏方的服用具有明显的季节特点,冬季>秋季>夏季>春季。从科室分布看,膏方处方主要来源于治未病中心、妇科、老干科、内科、脾胃科和儿科。结论:膏方的发展具有规律特点,近几年膏方的应用得到了显著发展,膏方的服用以女性居多,青、中年是膏方服用的主要人群;人们服用膏方的主要时节集中在冬季;妇科和治未病中心是开具膏方处方的主要科室。
Objective:To analyze the use of ointment in our hospitals in recent years,and to study the regularity and characteristics of the development of ointment.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on the data of TCM Ointment prescriptions from 2013 to 2018 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Hu'nan University of Chinese Medicine,and analysis was made on the data.Results:Outpatient information was extracted for 6 years and 52,641 prescriptions were investigated.The results showed that the usage of ointment was increasing year by year during the period from 2013 to 2017.The growth rates were 20%,23%,48% and 44% respectively from 2014 to 2017.During the six years from 2013 to 2018,the sex ratio (female:male) on the use of ointment respectively was respectively 1.4∶1,1.3∶1,1.5∶1,2.2∶1,4.7∶1 and 4.7∶1.Comparisons of Age Groups in ointment use showed that Youth>Middle Age>Childhood,Old Age and Youth.The youth and middle-aged groups accounted for 81%,82%,81%,84%,92% and 92% respectively in the six years of 2013-2018.Comparing the change of the prescription quantity of ointment in different seasons,we found that the use of ointment showed obvious seasonal characteristics,Winter>Autumn>Summer>Spring.Judged from the distribution of clinical departments,prescription of ointment mainly comes from preventive treatment center,gynecology department,geriatrics department,internal medicine department,spleen and stomach department and pediatrics department.Conclusion:The development of TCM Ointment has regular characteristics;The application of ointment prescription has made remarkable progress in recent years;Most of the ointment prescriptions are taken by women;Youth and middleaged people are the main force in taking ointment;Winter is the main time for people to take ointment;Gynecology and preventive treatment center are the main departments of ointment prescription.
