摘要
以青岛市城阳街道为例,选取能够影响居民生活的出行便利性、购物、教育、安全、小区绿化等方面的评价指标9个,利用ArcGIS的空间分析功能,对研究区144个居住小区宜居性进行了评价。结果表明:城阳街道居住区平均宜居性为0.44,处于中等偏下水平,宜居性高于0.6的小区占22.22%,主要围绕街道中心以“回”字形分布,其余小区宜居性由街道中心向外逐渐减小;同一个小区内不同位置的地块宜居性具有明显差异;宜居性差异贡献较大的指标分别是小区绿化率、道路噪音、综合性公园、商业中心。本研究对了解城阳街道居住小区宜居性,指导城市用地规划及基础设施布局等具有重要的意义。
Taking the Chengyang District in Qingdao as an example, this paper selected 9 evaluation indexes which can affect residents’ living conveniences, shopping, education, safety and green landscape ratio of residential areas, evaluated the suitability of 144 residential quarter in study area by using of the spatial analysis function of ArcGIS.The results showed that the average suitability of residential areas in Chengyang District was 0.44, which is below the medium level.Residential areas with suitability value greater than 0.6 accounted for 22%, mainly distributed around the center of Chengyang District in a rectangular-ambulatory-plane shape, while suitability value of other courts gradually reduced outward from the center.The suitability values of different plots within a court are obviously different.The indices that contribute greatly to the difference of suitability are green landscape ratio, road noise, comprehensive park and commercial center respectively.This study is of great significance to understand the suitability of residential quarter, guiding urban land use planning and infrastructure layout in Chengyang district.
