摘要
传统以火电为主的电源侧参与调峰辅助服务市场灵活性差、社会效益较低,制约了我国新时代能源转型战略的实施。通过分析泛在电力物联网接入下微网架构、当前调峰辅助服务市场建设情况,论证了微网参与调峰辅助服务市场的可行性、必要性、经济性;基于微网内储能装置、电热转化设备分析建模,设计了泛在电力物联网设备投资建设下微网参与调峰辅助服务市场运营模式;结合算例分析,对比验证了微网参与调峰辅助服务市场比仅参与传统电量市场更具经济优势。从而为促进微网内储能发展、电力物联网建设、完善调峰辅助服务市场建设、提高电力系统运行经济灵活性提供参考。
The traditional thermal power based power supply side is involved in the peak load ancillary service market with poor flexibility and low social efficiency,which restricts the implementation of China's new energy transformation strategy.The feasibility,necessity and economy of microgrid participating in peak shaving ancillary service market is demonstrated by analyzing the architecture of microgrid and the current construction of peak shaving ancillary service market under the ubiquitous access to the Internet of Things.Based on the analysis and modeling of energy storage devices and electrothermal conversion equipment in microgrid,a market operation mode of microgrid participating in peak shaving ancillary services under the investment construction of equipment in power Internet of things is designed.Combined with the example analysis,it is proved that microgrid has more economic advantages in peak shaving ancillary service market than in traditional electricity market.Thus,it can provide reference for promoting the development of energy storage devices in microgrid,the construction of power Internet of things,perfecting the construction of peak shaving auxiliary service market,and improving the economic flexibility of power system operation.
