摘要
目的探讨贫血鉴别诊断中血液检验红细胞参数应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年11月本院接收的80例贫血患者为研究对象,根据贫血类型将其分为地中海型贫血(n=40)和缺铁性贫血(n=40),对照组为同期40例健康体检人员,三组均接受血液检验,对比三组红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)及血红蛋白(Hb)。结果在Hb、RDW、MCH、RBC、MCV及MCHC方面,缺血性贫血组及地中海贫血组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在诊断准确率方面,地中海贫血患者血液红细胞参数与缺铁性贫血患者相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血液检验红细胞参数可以充分反映患者实际贫血状况,在地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血鉴别诊断方面具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the application effect of blood test red blood cell parameters in the differential diagnosis of anemia.Methods 80 patients with anemia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to November 2018 were selected as study subjects.According to the type of anemia,the patients were divided into Mediterranean anemia(n=40)and iron deficiency anemia(n=40).The control group was 40 healthy subjects receiving physical examination during the same period.All the three groups were given blood tests.The red blood cell counts(RBC),mean red blood cell volume(MCV),red blood cell distribution width(RDW),mean red blood cell hemoglobin(MCH),mean red blood cell hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),and hemoglobin(Hb)were compared between the three groups.Results In the aspects of Hb,RDW,MCH,RBC,MCV and MCHC,the difference between the iron deficiency anemia group,Mediterranean anemia group and control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of diagnostic accuracy,there was no statistically significant difference in blood red blood cell parameters between patients with Mediterranean anemia and patients with iron deficiency anemia(P>0.05).Conclusion Blood test red blood cell parameters can fully reflect the actual anemia of patients.It has a higher application value in the differential diagnosis of Mediterranean anemia and iron deficiency anemia.
