摘要
介绍了三种利用纳米层状结构材料对聚合物进行阻燃改性的机理,包括阻挡层机理、炭层阻燃机理、层间活性位点自由基捕捉机理。比较了熔融插层法、溶液插层法、原位聚合插层法等常用的插层复合法的优劣,详细介绍了近年来研究较多的纳米层状阻燃添加剂如石墨烯、层状双金属氢氧化物、蒙脱土和α–磷酸锆在聚合物中的机理和作用效果,旨在为层状阻燃复合材料的研究提供一些思路与启发。
Flame-retardant mechanism of the polymer/layered nanocomposites was reviewed,including the barrier mechanism,the flame-retardant mechanism of char layer,and free radical capture mechanism of interlayer active sites. The advantages and disadvantages of the common methods such as melt intercalation method,solution intercalation method and in-situ polymerization intercalation method were compared. The mechanism and effect of nanometer layered flame retardant additives such as graphene,layered bimetallic hydroxides,montmorillonite and alpha zirconium phosphate in polymer were introduced in detail,in order to provide some ideas and inspirations for the research of lamellar flame retarding composites.
