摘要
钒作为钼酸中的有害杂质在后续工业中需去除,目前钼酸中钒的测定尚无标准方法。矿石中钒的常用测定方法如硫酸亚铁铵滴定法和磷钨钒酸光度法受钼干扰,不适用于钼酸中钒的测定;苯甲酰苯胲光度法和极谱法操作繁琐,适用性小,测定范围无法覆盖钼酸中钒含量。试验采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定钼酸中钒量,试验对分析谱线、共存离子干扰、分解方式和硝酸用量等方面进行了考察,进行了精密度试验、准确度试验和方法比对,结果表明试验方法操作简便、准确度好、精密度高,测定范围宽。
In view of no standard for determination of vanadium in molybdate concentrate at present, the determination of vanadium in molybdate concentrate is adopted by the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry method of simplify the operation. The results show that it is an simple operation and high accurated and high precised experimental method through analysis and comparison of spectral line, decomposition conditions, nitric acid, its dosage, the interference of co-existing ions , two methods , precision and accuracy.
