摘要
采用溶液法制备了SiO2填充聚烯烃复合材料,系统研究了SiO2含量及粒径对SiO2/聚烯烃复合材料显微结构、力学性能、吸水率、介电性能的影响。结果表明,随着SiO2含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度先增大到一个最大值然后减小,断裂伸长率先稍有增大后逐渐减小,介电常数、介电损耗和吸水率则随SiO2含量的增加而增加;相同SiO2填充量时,复合材料拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、介电常数、介电损耗和吸水率均随SiO2粒径的增大而减小,当SiO2的粒径为10μm时,复合材料具有最低的介电常数、介电损耗和吸水率。
The SiO2 filled polyolefin composites were prepared by solution method.The effects of SiO2 content and size on the microstructure, mechanical properties, water absorption and dielectric properties of SiO2/polyolefin composites were systematically investigated.The results show that with increasing content of SiO2, the tensile strength of the composite increases first to reach a maximum and then start to decrease.Correspondingly, the elongation at break increases slightly and then decreases.The dielectric constant, dielectric loss and water absorption monotonously increase with the SiO2 content.At the same filling amount, the dielectric constant, dielectric loss and water absorption of the composite decrease as the SiO2 particle size increases, which reaches their minimum at the particle size of 10 μm.
