基于等维新息灰色加权马尔可夫模型的工件尺寸预测

摘要 对工件尺寸的科学预测建模是加工预报补偿技术的基础.结合等维新息灰色模型与加权马尔可夫链的预测优势,建立等维新息灰色加权马尔可夫组合模型,并对工件尺寸测量误差建模、预测.实例结果表明:预测值与样本数据波动相似,且比灰色GM(1,1)模型和等维新息模型预测值的预测误差小,精度高.因此,该模型可为工件未来尺寸预报提供依据,并为后续的补偿控制技术提供参数. The scientific forecast modeling of workpiece size is the basis of the machining forecast compensation technology.Combined the predictive advantage of equal dimension and new information grey model and weighted Markov chain,the new model was established,then workpiece size measurement was taken as original data to predict.The results proved that the predicted values volatility situation is similar to the original data,and the prediction accuracy has fewer error and better forecasting precision than grey GM(1,1) model and equal dimension and new information grey model.Thus,this model provides a new basis to predict future workpiece size and supplies the parameter for subsequent compensation technology.
