摘要
水环境监测工作开展过程中,实验室分析过程中一些影响测定结果准确性的细节问题不应忽视。本文探讨了比色皿厚度、曲线零浓度点、曲线截距正负、曲线浓度点设置、曲线范围设置、质量保证与质量控制措施等需注意的细节问题。
In the process of water environment monitoring, some details affecting the accuracy of the results of laboratory analysis should not be ignored. This paper discusses the details of the thickness of the colorimetric dish, zero concentration point of the curve, positive and negative curve intercept, curve concentration point setting, curve range setting, quality assurance and quality control measures.
