摘要
目的探讨导致重症烧伤患者创面感染发生的危险因素,分析菌群的分布情况,制定相应的防护措施。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月该院收治的重症烧伤患者76例,分析感染创面的菌群分布,应用多因素logistic回归分析导致创面感染的主要危险因素。结果本组有22例发生创面感染,感染率28.95%,22例患者中检出病原菌62株,G-菌46株,占74.19%;G+菌14株,占22.58%;真菌2株,占3.23%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,预防使用抗菌药物种类、合并休克为导致患者创面感染发生的独立危险因素。结论充分了解重症烧伤患者创面感染的发生因素,分析感染菌群的分布,制定相应防护措施,促进患者康复。
Objective To explore the risk factors of wound infection in patients with severe burns,analyze the microbiologic distribution,and develop corresponding protective measures.Methods We selected 76 cases of patients with severe burns admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019.The microbiologic distribution was analyzed.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the main risk factors for wound infection.Results There were 22 cases of wound infection in this group,the infection rate was 28.95%,62 strains of pathogens were detected in 22 cases,46 strains of G-bacteria,accounting for 74.19%;14 strains of G+bacteria,accounting for 22.58%;2 Strain of fungi,accounting for 3.23%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the prevention of the use of antibiotics categories and the combination of shock were independent risk factors for the development of wound infection in patients.Conclusion We should fully understand the incidental factors of wound infection in patients with severe burns,analyze the microbiologic,and develop corresponding protective measures,which could promote the rehabilitation of patients.
