摘要
目的探讨追踪方法学结合精细化流程管理对介入手术室仪器设备完好率、手术效率及医院感染的影响。方法2016年11月至2017年11月本院介入手术室实施传统化管理,设为对照组;2017年12月至2018年12月本院介入手术室实施追踪方法学结合精细化流程管理,设为研究组。比较两组仪器设备完好率、器械准备差错率、清洗消毒合格率、术前准备时间、医院感染情况。结果研究组仪器设备完好率、清洗消毒合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),器械准备差错率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),空气质量合格率、消毒行为合格率、污染物处置合格率、无菌物品合格率高于对照组(P<0.05),术前准备时间快于对照组(P<0.05),切口感染率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论追踪方法学结合精细化流程管理可保证介入手术室仪器设备完好备用,缩短手术准备时间,降低医院感染。
Objective To explore the effect of tracer methodology combined with refined process management on the serviceability rate of instrument equipment intervened in operating room,surgical efficiency and nosocomial infection.Methods To implement traditional management for intervening operating room from November 2016 to November 2017 in this hospital,set as the control group;simultaneously the tracer methodology combined with refined process management was implemented for intervening operating room from December 2017 to December 2018 in this hospital,,set as the research group.Comparing the intact rate of instrument equipment,error rate of instrument preparation,qualification rate of cleaning and disinfection,preoperative preparation time,situation of nosocomial infection were compared between the two group.Results The intact rate of instrument equipment and qualification rate of cleaning and disinfection of the study group were obviously higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The error rate of instrument preparation in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The qualification rate of air quality,qualification rate of disinfection behavior,qualification rate of pollutant disposal,and qualification rate of sterile article of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The preoperative preparation time was faster than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incision infection rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tracer methodology combined with refined process management could ensure that the interventional operating room equipment is in good condition,shorten the operation preparation time and reduce hospital infection.
