摘要
铁路运输是国民经济的大动脉,铁路运输安全的持续稳定关系到国民经济的发展。铁路企业安全管理是保证铁路企业安全稳定的一个重要方式。现有的安全管理手段中,对职工进行考核是最主要的管理手段,现行的考核方式已经不能满足当前发展形势,亟待进行改革。论文以机务运用系统为例,通过阐述当前管理过程中的问题,并对这些问题进行分析,在管理者、一线职工和现行制度方面提出了一些对策。希望这些对策能对机务运用系统的管理提供有效的帮助,从而可以促进我国铁路事业的持续安全稳定发展。
Railway transportation is the main artery of national economy,and the continuous stability of railway transportation safety is related to the development of national economy.The safety management of railway enterprises is an important way to ensure the safety and stability of railway enterprises.Among the existing safety management methods,the assessment of employees is the most important management method.The current assessment method can not meet the current development situation and urgently needs reform.This paper takes the machinery application system as an example,through expounding the problems existing in the current management process,and after analyzing these problems,puts forward some countermeasures in the managers,the first-line employees,and the current system.It is hoped that these countermeasures can provide effective help to the management of the machinery application system,so as to promote the sustainable and stable development of China's railway industry.
