摘要
施工电梯广泛运用于房屋建筑工程中,施工电梯基础一般直接置于地下室顶板上,其支撑体系采用钢管层层反顶至地下室底板。施工电梯拆除时间晚,地下室反顶支撑区域空间狭小,导致该区域二次结构、装饰装修、机电管线安装等施工困难或无法施工。论文结合以往施工经验及本工程实际情况,通过优化施工电梯基础安装区域主体结构,提高施工电梯安装区主体结构强度,采用无反顶施工电梯基础,使地下室反顶区域施工不受施工电梯影响,具有可缩短工期和提高经济效益等优点。
The construction elevator is widely used in building construction.The foundation of the construction elevator is usually directly placed on the basement roof,and its supporting system is supported by steel tube layer jacking to the basement floor.The construction elevator demolition time is late,and the space of the basement anti-jacking support area is narrow,which leads to the construction difficulty or impossibility of secondary structure,decoration,and decoration,mechanical and electrical pipeline installation in the area.Combining with the past construction experience and the actual situation of this project,this paper optimizes the main structure of the installation area of the construction elevator foundation,improves the strength of the main structure of the construction elevator installation area,and adopts the construction elevator foundation without anti-jacking construction,so that the construction of the basement anti-jacking area is not affected by the construction elevator,which has the advantages of shortening the construction period and improving the economic benefits.
