摘要 目的探究目标导向液体治疗给脑肿瘤切除术患者术后氧代谢状况带来的影响。方法选取2013年7月—2018年11月期间收治的50例脑肿瘤患者,对照组采取常规输液治疗,研究组采取目标导向液体治疗。比较两组患者术后的氧代谢指标。比较两组患者术后12h跟24h的NIHSS评分、术后住院天数。结果研究组术后血氧饱和度、血氧含量、脑氧摄取率均高于对照组,乳酸含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者术后24h的NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为脑肿瘤切除术患者采取目标导向液体治疗可以维持循环血容量、保证脑灌注,减少乳酸生成,保证脑氧供需平衡,显著改善其术后氧代谢状况。 Objective To investigate the effect of target-directed fluid therapy on postoperative oxygen metabolism in patients undergoing brain tumor resection.Methods A total of 50 patients with brain tumors admitted between July 2013 and November 2018 were enrolled.The control group received conventional infusion therapy and the study group received targetdirected fluid therapy.The oxygen metabolism indicators of the two groups were compared.NIHSS scores and postoperative hospital stays were compared between the two groups at 12h and 24h after surgery.Results The blood oxygen saturation,blood oxygen content and cerebral oxygen uptake rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group. The lactic acid content was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The study group received NIHSS at 24 hours after operation.The score was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Target-directed fluid therapy for patients with brain tumor resection can maintain circulating blood volume,ensure cerebral perfusion, reduce lactic acid production,ensure balance of cerebral oxygen supply and demand,and significantly improve postoperative oxygen metabolism.
