摘要
目的观察VelaShapeⅢ联合放血对带状疱疹神经痛的疗效,分析其可能的机制。方法将符合纳入标准的60例患者,分为两组,各30例。观察组:VelaShapeⅢ联合放血疗法,1次。对照组:口服甲钴胺分散片每次1片,3次/日,普瑞巴林胶囊每次1粒,2次/日。连续一个月。比较两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为93.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组显效率90%,对照组26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。VAS评分比较,治疗后,两组与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论VelaShapeⅢ联合放血能快速、有效缓解带状疱疹神经痛,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of VelaShape Ⅲ combined with bloodletting on herpes zoster neuralgia and analyze its possible mechanism.Methods Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups,30 each.Observation group: VelaShape Ⅲ combined with bloodletting therapy,1 time.Control group:mecobalamin dispersible tablets 1 tablet,3 times / day,pregabalin capsules,1 capsule,2 times / day.One month.Compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group and 93.33% in the control group.The difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).The effective rate was 90% in the observation group and 26.67% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01).The VAS scores,After treatment,the differences between the two groups were significantly higher than before (P < 0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups after the treatment (P < 0.01).Conclusion VelaShape Ⅲ combined with bloodletting can quickly and effectively relieve herpes zoster neuralgia, and improve the patients’ quality of lives.
