摘要
BIM技术,就是指建筑信息模型技术,BIM技术负责对建筑物实体以及相关功能等实施数字化表达的一类技术,简而言之,就是将立体化、具体化建筑物实施科学的数据化表现以及数字化表现,同时,它也是装配式建筑设计流程中的核心要素。装配式建筑以新型建筑模式出现,随着它的不断普及和推广,怎样全面强化装配式建筑质量,成为了业内关注热点,BIM技术由此也受到了更为深层的关注。
BIM technology refers to building information model technology. BIM technology is responsible for the digital expression of building entities and related functions. In short, it is to implement scientific dataization of three-dimensional and concrete buildings. At the same time, it is also a core element in the prefabricated architectural design process. As a new type of building model, prefabricated building has continuous popularization and promotion. How to comprehensively strengthen the quality of fabricated buildings has become a hot spot in the industry, and BIM technology has also received deeper attention.
