摘要
生产车间布局的合理性直接影响物流效率、生产成本、生产安全及生产效率等方面,运用系统设施布局法(SLP)和层次分析法(AHP)对传统的生产车间进行布局优化,充分发挥车间的生产能力,提高物流流通效率和生产效率,从而得出最佳的布局方案。
The rationality of workshop layout directly affects logistics efficiency, production cost, production safety and production efficiency. The traditional workshop layout is optimized by using SLP and AHP to give full play to the production capacity of workshop and improve logistics circulation efficiency and production efficiency, so as to get the best layout.
