摘要 针对某火电厂1号、2号脱硫DCS(分布式控制系统)设备以及2台脱硫DCS公用设备的电源存在的设计缺陷和运行隐患,介绍了改进2台脱硫DCS设备和脱硫DCS公用设备电源的方案,经过改进后的实践验证效果良好,提高了机组脱硫DCS电源运行的可靠性。 Aiming at the design defects and hidden operation dangers existed in two DCS systems for desulfurization equipment and power supply system for common equipment of two desulfurization DCS in a coalfired power plant, the paper puts forward the improvement schemes for two desulfurization DCS equipment and power supply system for desulfurization DCS common equipment, the practical application have demonstrated the good effectiveness of modification done, which enhances the reliability of operation of the desulfurization unit DCS power supply system.
