摘要
基于熔融沉积(FDM)3D打印技术,围绕提高打印精度和塑件强度展开研究,提出了同心包覆结构的熔体打印机制;通过对打印机喷嘴的优化改进,设计出符合要求的同心共挤出的打印机喷嘴,并利用有限元分析软件对优化后喷嘴进行仿真模拟;通过试验对共挤喷嘴打印的塑件进行强度测试,结果证实:改进设计的打印机喷嘴对塑件的力学性能有明显的提升作用。
Based on melt deposition(FDM)3D printing technology,the melt printing mechanism of the same pericardium structure was proposed to improve the printing accuracy and the strength of the plastic parts.By optimizing and improving the nozzle of the printer,a concentric co-extrusion nozzle is designed,and the optimized nozzle is simulated by using the finite element analysis software.The strength test of the plastic parts printed by the co-extrusion nozzle is carried out through the test,and the results show that the improved design of the printer nozzle in this paper can obviously improve the mechanical properties of the plastic parts.
