摘要
为准确测量电磁继电器关键部件尺寸,设计一种小型高精度轭铁视觉测量系统。该系统首先采用500万像素CCD相机采集图像;然后通过二值化操作和数学形态学闭运算去除图像干扰得到轮廓清晰的单一像素图像;在此基础上利用霍夫变换法实现轭铁圆心和半径测量;此外利用最小二乘法进行直线拟合以实现轭铁尺寸高精度测量。最后,利用设计的视觉测量系统对现场产品进行测量验证。实验结果显示系统测量误差不超过0.0045mm,重复性误差不超过0.0026mm,表明系统测量精度高、稳定性强,验证了系统的有效性。
In order to accurately measure dimensions of key components of electromagnetic relay,a small high-precision yoke iron visual measurement system is designed.Firstly,the system uses a five-mega-pixel CCD camera to collect images and process visual images.Secondly,the image interference is removed by binarization and mathematical morphology closed operation to obtain a single pixel image with clear outline.On this basis,Hough transform method is used to measure the center and radius of yoke iron.In addition,the least square method is used for linear fitting to realize high-precision measurement of yoke iron dimensions.Finally,the designed visual measurement system is used to measure and verify the on-site products.The experimental results show that the measurement error of the system is not more than 0.0045 mm and the repeatability error is not more than 0.0026 mm,which indicates that the system has high measurement accuracy and strong stability and verifies the effectiveness of the system.
